RF thermolifting

RF thermolifting is a non-invasive cosmetology treatment using radiofrequency energy for controlled tissue heating. At Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic, it is performed using the appropriate RF handpiece of the Secret RF 2.0 device.

Radiofrequency energy gradually heats the dermis without breaking the epidermis. Controlled thermal action supports natural renewal and remodelling of collagen and elastin fibres responsible for skin firmness and elasticity.

The treatment may be used as part of care for skin that is:

• lax and lacking tightness,
• showing fine lines,
• showing less defined facial contours,
• in need of improved elasticity,
• dry, tired and lacking radiance,
• showing visible signs of ageing.

Before treatment, the cosmetologist assesses skin condition and excludes contraindications. The skin is then cleansed and prepared. The RF handpiece moves over selected facial areas, heating them gradually and in a controlled manner.

Device parameters are tailored to the treatment area, skin condition and response to heat. Gradual warming is felt during the procedure and should remain under constant control of the practitioner.

At Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic, we combine thermolifting with individually selected cosmetology care. The products used depend on current skin needs.

Care may include preparations that are:

Product selection follows a cosmetology assessment. The cosmetologist considers factors including skin type, sensitivity, hydration and treatment goals. Skincare products complement thermolifting.
