Lavieen thulium laser
A fractional laser targeting skin tone, texture and quality. Treatment intensity is selected during a consultation.
View detailsCollapse description
Modern technology for comprehensive improvement in skin quality
Lavieen is an advanced 1927 nm thulium laser equipped with a precise fractional scanner. The technology acts primarily within the epidermis and upper dermal layers, stimulating natural skin renewal and remodelling processes.
The device operates in three modes: non-ablative, subablative and ablative. This allows treatment intensity to be tailored to skin type, the concern and desired outcome, from gentle brightening to more intensive remodelling.
A distinctive feature of Lavieen is its subablative mode, used in therapies for pigmented lesions and discolouration. The controlled laser action supports a more even skin tone, less visible pigment spots and a fresh, radiant appearance.
During treatment, microscopic channels form in the skin that may increase absorption of appropriately selected active substances. This allows the procedure to be combined with individually selected care and regenerative therapy.
Lavieen is used for more than pigmentation treatments. The technology also supports improvements in skin tightness and texture, reducing the visibility of wrinkles, pores, acne scars and other irregularities.
Indications
pigmentation, melasma and sun spots,
freckles and uneven skin tone,
signs of photoageing,
fine lines,
loss of tightness and elasticity,
enlarged pores,
uneven skin texture,
scars, including acne scars,
stretch marks,
dull, tired skin lacking radiance,
therapies supporting scalp condition and hair growth.
Individually selected intensity
Treatment parameters and mode are selected following a consultation and skin assessment. Depending on the indication, therapy may involve one session or a series of 1 to 4 treatments, usually at intervals of 3 to 6 weeks.
Recovery time depends on the mode and treatment intensity. Redness, temporary swelling, a feeling of warmth and light peeling may occur afterwards. The patient receives individual advice on skincare and sun protection.
A combination of microneedling and RF energy in treatments addressing skin firmness, scars and stretch marks.
View detailsCollapse description
Precise skin remodelling from within
Secret RF 2.0 combines fractional microneedling with bipolar radiofrequency energy. Very fine microneedles are inserted to an individually selected depth and then deliver energy directly to particular skin layers.
Controlled tissue heating initiates natural regenerative processes and supports the formation of new collagen structures. This helps improve skin tightness, firmness, density and texture, acting precisely where remodelling is needed.
The operating depth can be adjusted from 0.5 to 3.5 mm. This allows treatment to be adapted to delicate facial areas as well as deeper changes such as scars or stretch marks.
The smooth, rapid microneedle insertion system increases treatment comfort and limits the time needed for recovery. The procedure is performed after application of an anaesthetic cream.
Two types of treatment tips
The tip with 25 microneedles is intended primarily for the face, neck and décolletage. It allows precise treatment of wrinkles, enlarged pores, loss of firmness and uneven skin texture.
The tip with 64 microneedles allows more intensive, deeper work. It is used, among other applications, for scars, stretch marks and lax skin in selected body areas.
Indications
loss of skin firmness and tightness,
wrinkles and signs of ageing,
enlarged pores,
uneven skin texture,
acne scars,
traumatic and surgical scars,
stretch marks,
lax skin on the face and body,
a need for comprehensive skin remodelling.
Treatment tailored to your skin’s needs
The number of treatments depends on the concern and desired outcome. A course of around 3 treatments at intervals of 4 to 8 weeks is most often recommended.
Redness, mild swelling and increased skin sensitivity may occur immediately afterwards. These symptoms are usually temporary; detailed skincare and sun protection advice is given during the visit.
Secret RF 2.0 is a treatment for people seeking gradual, natural skin remodelling without altering facial features or an artificial-looking effect.
Hycoox is an advanced automated multi-needle mesotherapy technology combining precise microneedling with vacuum action. It allows even delivery of individually selected preparations directly into a specified skin layer.
Unlike conventional manual mesotherapy, the device allows precise control of needle depth, the size of each deposit and delivery speed. Every dose is administered consistently, allowing treatment of the entire selected area and even distribution of active substances.
How does Hycoox work?
When the handpiece is applied to the skin, the vacuum system starts automatically. The vacuum gently lifts and stabilises the tissue, after which the multi-needle cartridge precisely delivers the set dose of preparation.
Lifting the skin limits the risk of accidentally damaging small vessels and reduces injection discomfort. The system also helps limit product loss and the formation of large, uneven deposits visible on the skin surface.
Operating depth can be adjusted from 0.25 to 3 mm. This allows treatment to be adapted to the delicate eye area as well as the face, neck, décolletage, hands or scalp.
What makes Hycoox technology distinctive?
Precise delivery depth
Every injection is made at a preset depth, delivering the preparation to the selected skin layer.
Even dosing
The device delivers a specified quantity of preparation with each application. This distributes active substances evenly across the treatment area.
Vacuum technology
The vacuum gently lifts and stabilises the skin, improving needle precision and limiting tissue trauma.
Multi-needle delivery system
Several microneedles working simultaneously shorten the procedure and allow more precise injections than traditional manual mesotherapy.
Tapered needle shape
Specially designed microneedles enter the skin smoothly, limiting trauma and reducing product loss during application.
Shorter recovery time
Less skin trauma may limit the risk of bruising, swelling and visible bumps. However, skin response is individual, and temporary redness, tenderness or mild swelling may occur immediately after treatment.
A preparation selected for your skin’s needs
Hycoox is not one identical treatment for everyone. We select the preparation during a consultation, considering skin condition, the patient’s age, treatment area and desired result.
Depending on the indications, treatment may support:
intensive skin hydration,
nourishment and revitalisation,
improved firmness and elasticity,
mature skin regeneration,
reduction of fine lines,
improved tone and restored radiance,
reduced visibility of enlarged pores,
improved condition of delicate skin around the eyes,
regeneration of the neck, décolletage and hands,
scalp and hair therapy.
The treatment may use preparations containing non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, amino acids, vitamins, peptides, polynucleotides or other ingredients intended for intradermal administration. The specialist chooses the preparation after taking a history and assessing the skin.
Treatment areas
Hycoox mesotherapy can be performed on the:
face,
eye area,
neck,
décolletage,
hands,
scalp,
selected body areas.
Indications
The treatment is recommended for people experiencing:
dryness and dehydration,
loss of firmness and elasticity,
fine lines,
a tired, dull appearance,
uneven tone,
enlarged pores,
reduced skin density,
early signs of ageing,
a need for regeneration after increased sun exposure,
weakened scalp and hair condition.
What happens during treatment?
Treatment starts with a consultation and assessment of the skin. The specialist then selects a suitable preparation and sets needle depth, dose and delivery speed.
After thorough cleansing and preparation, the handpiece is applied successively to selected areas. The vacuum stabilises the tissue while the multi-needle cartridge delivers the preparation evenly.
The procedure is efficient and usually well tolerated. Depending on the area, skin sensitivity and preparation used, an anaesthetic cream may be applied first.
Treatment results
After treatment, skin may look more hydrated, rested and radiant. As therapy progresses, gradual improvements in elasticity, tightness and overall condition may be expected.
The final result depends on the preparation used, the skin’s initial condition and the number of treatments. Regenerative therapies usually produce the best results following an individually selected course.
A modern approach to event-ready skincare
Precise preparation delivery and limited tissue trauma mean Hycoox may be used as an intensive hydrating and brightening treatment before an important event.
However, skin response is individual. A first treatment should not be performed immediately before an important occasion, as temporary redness, swelling or small injection marks may occur.
How many treatments are needed?
The number and frequency of treatments depend primarily on the preparation used and skin needs. Therapy may involve a single refreshing treatment or a series at agreed intervals.
After completing a course, maintenance treatments may be planned to help sustain the result.
Contraindications
The main contraindications include:
pregnancy and breastfeeding,
active skin infections and inflammation,
herpes in the treatment area,
allergy to ingredients in the preparation,
blood clotting disorders,
use of certain anticoagulant medicines,
uncontrolled diabetes,
active cancer,
selected autoimmune diseases,
a tendency to form keloid scars.
The specialist makes the final decision about treatment after taking a history and excluding contraindications.
Mesotherapy designed for your skin
Hycoox combines the precision of modern technology with an individually selected preparation. It offers the possibility of creating a therapy for current skin needs, from intensive hydration and brightening to advanced regeneration, rather than one standard treatment.
How does HYCOOX work?
The handpiece gently suctions and stabilises a small area of skin. A system of fine needles then delivers a specified dose of preparation at a preset depth.
Controlled vacuum and process automation allow:
consistent needle depth,
precise control of the preparation quantity,
even distribution of preparation within the treatment area,
reduced product loss,
fewer unintended needle movements,
limited local tissue trauma,
efficient multi-point injections.
HYCOOX can operate at different vacuum settings or without suction, depending on the treatment area and protocol.
A lower risk of bruising
Precise needles, skin stabilisation and controlled needle depth and speed may limit local tissue trauma. The risk of extensive bruising may therefore be lower than with a less controlled manual technique.
However, a complete absence of bruising cannot be guaranteed. Mesotherapy punctures the skin, so the following may occur after treatment:
redness,
mild swelling,
small injection marks,
pinpoint bleeding,
temporary bumps where preparation was injected,
isolated bruises.
Skin response depends on factors including sensitivity, vessel fragility, the treatment area, preparation type and individual tendency to bruise.
Individually selected preparations
HYCOOX allows delivery of various preparations intended for mesotherapy. Their selection depends on skin condition and the aim of treatment.
Depending on indications, preparations may be targeted towards:
intensive hydration,
skin revitalisation,
improved elasticity and tightness,
a more even skin tone,
smoothing fine lines,
skin regeneration,
scalp and weakened hair care,
improved skin condition in selected body areas.
At Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic, we use preparations including Cytocare, Aquashine BR, Aquashine PTX and products intended for scalp mesotherapy. The preparation is selected individually after taking a history and assessing the skin.
If a product or procedure requires medical assessment, a physician decides whether to perform the treatment and which preparation to use.
Treatment areas
HYCOOX mesotherapy may cover:
face,
the eye area (following appropriate assessment),
neck,
décolletage,
scalp,
arms,
abdomen,
other body areas assessed as suitable.
Treatment procedure
The procedure is preceded by a consultation, history-taking and exclusion of contraindications. The appropriate preparation and device parameters are then selected.

Natural regeneration and improved skin quality
Tissue biostimulators are injectable preparations intended to stimulate the skin’s natural regenerative processes. They support collagen and elastin production, helping improve firmness, density, elasticity and overall skin condition.
Results develop gradually and have a natural character, without changing facial features or excessive filling. Skin becomes tighter, more elastic and rested.
Biostimulator or filler?
Fillers are used primarily to replace volume, shape contours or correct selected facial areas. Biostimulators work differently. Their main purpose is to improve skin quality and texture by activating its own regenerative potential.
Depending on composition, treatment may primarily regenerate, improve density or hydration, or gently restore tissue volume.
Individually selected treatment
No single biostimulator is suitable for everyone. We choose the preparation individually according to skin condition, age, treatment area and desired result.
Biostimulation therapies may use preparations containing polynucleotides, amino acids, collagen components, calcium hydroxyapatite or combinations of active substances. We agree on the preparation, number of treatments and intervals during a consultation.
Treatment indications
We recommend tissue biostimulators for people noticing:
loss of skin firmness and elasticity,
reduced skin density,
fine lines and signs of ageing,
lax skin on the face, neck or décolletage,
thin, delicate skin,
a tired, dull appearance,
less defined facial contours,
signs of photoageing,
lax skin on the hands or selected body areas.
Treatment may also be part of anti-ageing prevention and a skin regeneration plan after other procedures.
Treatment areas
Depending on the selected preparation, biostimulators may be used on the:
face,
eye area,
neck and décolletage,
hands,
arms,
abdomen,
knee area,
other areas needing improved skin quality and tightness.
Not every preparation can be used in every area. Safety and the appropriate administration technique are always assessed during consultation.
What happens during treatment?
Treatment is preceded by a consultation and skin assessment. After cleansing and preparing the area, the preparation is administered using a fine needle or cannula. Local anaesthesia is used if necessary.
Small bumps, redness, swelling, tenderness or minor bruises may occur immediately after treatment. These are usually temporary injection-related reactions.
When do results appear?
Biostimulation is a process, so results appear gradually as tissues remodel and regenerate. Over time, skin may become firmer, denser, more elastic and smoother.
Depending on the preparation and skin needs, a single treatment or course may be recommended. We present an individual treatment plan during consultation.
Contraindications
Common contraindications include pregnancy and breastfeeding, active skin infections and inflammation, hypersensitivity to preparation ingredients, certain autoimmune diseases and cancers, and blood clotting disorders. Medicines affecting clotting require prior discussion with a physician.

A rested face with natural expression preserved
Botulinum toxin, commonly called Botox, is one of the most frequently used methods for smoothing expression lines. It allows subtle refreshment of facial appearance, softening signs of tiredness and slowing the deepening of wrinkles without changing individual features.
At Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic, we aim for a natural result. The purpose is not to immobilise the face completely, but to appropriately reduce selected muscle activity while preserving harmony and natural expression.
How does botulinum toxin work?
Expression lines develop from repeated facial muscle movements when smiling, frowning, squinting or raising the eyebrows.
Precisely administered botulinum toxin temporarily reduces excessive activity in selected muscles. The skin above them gradually smooths, and the face gains a more rested, softer and fresher appearance.
Which areas can be treated?
We use botulinum toxin primarily to reduce:
horizontal forehead lines,
frown lines between the eyebrows,
crow’s feet around the eyes,
lines on the bridge of the nose,
fine lines around the mouth,
excessive gum visibility when smiling,
chin muscle tension,
wrinkles and muscle bands in the lower face and neck.
An individually planned treatment of several areas, known as “full face Botox”, is also possible. Its aim is harmonious facial refreshment, considering all muscles that affect appearance.
Who is the treatment for?
Treatment may be suitable for people who:
notice early expression lines,
want to limit deepening of existing wrinkles,
have pronounced frown lines or horizontal forehead lines,
want to soften wrinkles around the eyes,
feel their face looks tired or stern,
seek subtle rejuvenation without changing facial features.
Botulinum toxin may be used both as corrective treatment and as part of an informed approach to anti-ageing prevention.
What happens during treatment?
Every treatment is preceded by a medical consultation and careful assessment of facial expression. The physician analyses muscle activity, strength, symmetry and relationships. This determines injection sites and the appropriate quantity of preparation.
Botulinum toxin is injected at selected points with a very fine needle. The procedure itself usually takes around a dozen minutes and does not require lengthy recovery.
Minor redness, mild tenderness, swelling or small bruises may occur at injection sites immediately afterwards. These symptoms are usually temporary.
When are results visible?
The first changes are usually noticeable after a few days; the final result is most often assessed after around two weeks. The effect lasts for a period depending on factors including individual muscle activity, metabolism, the dose used and treatment regularity.
Results are not permanent. Muscle activity gradually returns. Another treatment may be planned following a physician consultation and reassessment of facial expression.
A natural result depends on precision
Appropriate assessment, anatomical knowledge and precise dose selection are essential in treating expression lines. Too little preparation may not produce the desired result, while too much may excessively restrict expression.
That is why Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic does not use one protocol for everyone. Each face needs an individual plan considering its proportions, expression and natural characteristics.
Contraindications
Treatment is not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active skin infections or inflammation, hypersensitivity to preparation ingredients, and in certain neurological diseases and disorders of neuromuscular transmission, among other contraindications.
During consultation, tell the physician about chronic conditions, medicines, supplements and previous botulinum toxin treatments.
Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic
We plan botulinum toxin treatments so the face looks younger and more rested while preserving its character and natural expression.
Two different methods supporting skin regeneration: ASCE+ preparations and platelet-rich plasma obtained from the patient’s blood.
View detailsCollapse description
Regeneration based on the skin’s biological potential
Biostimulation targets improvement in tissue quality and function. Its purpose is not to change facial features or artificially increase volume, but to support natural skin renewal processes.
At Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic, we use two modern biostimulation methods:
ASCE+ exosome therapy,
platelet-rich plasma PRP.
Both therapies may be used independently or as part of an individually planned regenerative programme, including after laser treatments, microneedling and microneedle radiofrequency.
ASCE+: advanced exosome therapy
Intelligent support for skin regeneration
ASCE+ is a professional regenerative formula using exosomes, microscopic extracellular vesicles involved in signalling between cells.
Exosomes are not stem cells. They carry biological information and signalling components that support cellular communication and the skin’s natural renewal processes.
ASCE+ therapy may support:
skin regeneration,
improved skin density and elasticity,
smoothing fine lines,
a more even skin tone,
reduced pore visibility,
improved appearance of skin with signs of photoageing,
reduced redness and post-treatment discomfort,
restoration of the skin’s protective barrier,
improved scalp condition.
Who is ASCE+ therapy for?
The therapy may be suitable for people whose skin is:
dry and dehydrated,
thin and lacking elasticity,
tired or lacking radiance,
exposed to chronic stress and environmental factors,
uneven in texture or tone,
weakened by sun exposure,
in need of regeneration after intensive procedures.
ASCE+ may also be used for a scalp requiring strengthening and improved overall condition.
ASCE+ in combined treatments
The preparation may complement procedures that create controlled microchannels or temporarily increase epidermal permeability. This allows active ingredients to be applied evenly to properly prepared skin.
Following assessment and in accordance with a developed protocol, ASCE+ may be combined with:
the Lavieen thulium laser,
Secret RF microneedle radiofrequency,
microneedling,
other treatments aimed at skin remodelling.
ASCE+ is used in accordance with its intended purpose and treatment protocol. We do not present it as a preparation intended for conventional needle injection.
What results can be expected?
As regeneration progresses, skin may become more even, elastic, smooth and radiant. Treatment may also help soothe and restore skin following procedures that cause controlled tissue injury.
Results depend on the skin’s initial condition, the procedure performed and the individual treatment plan.
PRP: platelet-rich plasma
Regeneration using the patient’s own biological material
PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, is obtained from a small amount of blood taken from the patient. After appropriate centrifugation, a plasma fraction with a higher platelet concentration is separated.
Platelets release growth factors and other substances involved in repair processes. Their action may support fibroblast activity, extracellular matrix remodelling and production of components responsible for skin firmness and elasticity.
Because autologous material obtained directly from the patient is used, PRP is a natural biostimulation method.
Indications for PRP therapy
Platelet-rich plasma may be used to:
improve skin quality and density,
support natural skin regeneration,
smooth fine lines,
improve elasticity and tightness,
refresh the skin of the face, neck and décolletage,
regenerate delicate skin around the eyes,
improve the appearance of the hands,
support scar therapy,
improve scalp condition and support treatment of excessive hair loss.
PRP may be chosen by people who prefer treatments using their own biological material, without conventional fillers.
What happens during PRP treatment?
The first stage is a consultation and eligibility assessment. A small amount of the patient’s blood is then taken and centrifuged in a dedicated system.
The resulting platelet-rich plasma is administered to selected skin areas using a method suited to the indication and planned result. Treatment may be performed manually or with appropriately selected delivery technology.
Redness, mild swelling, tenderness, small bruises or briefly visible preparation deposits may occur immediately afterwards.
When do PRP results appear?
PRP does not act like a conventional filler, so results are not immediate. Improvement occurs gradually as regenerative processes develop.
Over time, skin may become tighter, more elastic, smoother and better nourished. A series of treatments followed by maintenance sessions is most often recommended. Their number and frequency are determined individually.
ASCE+ or PRP?
The choice depends on skin condition, the desired result and the planned procedures.
ASCE+ may be a good choice when:
intensive support for regeneration after treatment is desired,
skin needs improved tone and texture,
biostimulation is to be combined with a laser or microneedle radiofrequency,
support for the protective barrier and skin soothing are desired.
PRP may be a good choice when:
the patient prefers autologous treatment,
gradual improvement in skin quality is desired,
treatment covers the face, neck, décolletage, eye area or hands,
the aim is to support scalp condition,
the natural potential of growth factors from the patient’s blood is to be used.
In selected cases, combined or alternating treatment may be planned.
Safety and assessment
Every therapy is preceded by a consultation. The specialist assesses skin condition, previous treatments, medicines and contraindications.
Contraindications may include pregnancy and breastfeeding, active infections, skin inflammation, certain autoimmune diseases and cancers, clotting disorders and use of particular medicines.
For PRP, blood count results, platelet number and function, and the patient’s overall health also matter.
Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic
At Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic, we tailor the biostimulation method to the skin’s actual needs. ASCE+ and PRP can form part of a comprehensive regenerative programme combining medicine, modern technology and an informed approach to natural rejuvenation.
Our aim is to improve skin quality without changing its natural character.

RF thermolifting is a non-invasive cosmetology treatment using radiofrequency energy for controlled tissue heating. At Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic, it is performed using the appropriate RF handpiece of the Secret RF 2.0 device.
Radiofrequency energy gradually heats the dermis without breaking the epidermis. Controlled thermal action supports natural renewal and remodelling of collagen and elastin fibres responsible for skin firmness and elasticity.
The treatment may be used as part of care for skin that is:
lax and lacking tightness,
showing fine lines,
showing less defined facial contours,
in need of improved elasticity,
dry, tired and lacking radiance,
showing visible signs of ageing.
What happens during thermolifting?
Before treatment, the cosmetologist assesses skin condition and excludes contraindications. The skin is then cleansed and prepared. The RF handpiece moves over selected facial areas, heating them gradually and in a controlled manner.
Device parameters are tailored to the treatment area, skin condition and response to heat. Gradual warming is felt during the procedure and should remain under constant control of the practitioner.
Thermolifting combined with skincare
At Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic, we combine thermolifting with individually selected cosmetology care. The products used depend on current skin needs.
Care may include preparations that are:
intensively hydrating,
soothing and supportive of the hydrolipid barrier,
antioxidant,

Technology that works with tissue precisely and in multiple dimensions
Treatment is performed in a special, individual treatment suit, which can be purchased at the clinic.
Icoone Med 2 is an advanced technology for non-invasive treatment of skin, connective tissue and the lymphatic system. The device is used in body contouring, skin quality treatments and individual regenerative therapies.
At its heart is patented Roboderm® technology, combining multidirectional microstimulation with controlled vacuum. It allows even, precise action on tissues without aggressive kneading or excessive stretching.
What is Roboderm® technology?
Special handpieces contain motorised microstimulators with numerous microholes. During treatment, each small area of skin receives controlled, multidirectional stimulation.
The device can perform up to 21,600 microstimulations per minute. This provides thorough tissue treatment, with intensity adjustable for skin sensitivity, the selected area and treatment goals.
Icoone Med 2 allows treatment:
over large body areas,
on both sides of the body simultaneously,
in small and hard-to-reach areas,
on delicate facial skin,
locally around scars, adhesions and swelling.
Icoone Med 2 for the body
Body treatments may target skin quality, body contouring, reduced cellulite visibility and support for natural lymphatic flow.
Therapy may help with:
water-retention, fatty and fibrous cellulite,
local skin irregularities,
loss of firmness and elasticity,
lax skin after weight loss,
a tendency to retain fluid,
a feeling of heavy legs,
swelling,
unevenly distributed fatty tissue,
a need to contour selected body areas.
Commonly treated areas include the abdomen, waist, hips, thighs, buttocks, arms, back, knees and calves.
Body contouring and cellulite reduction
Cellulite is a complex concern involving fatty tissue, connective tissue structure, microcirculation and a tendency to retain fluid.
Icoone Med 2 therapy is therefore not based on arbitrary massage. The specialist assesses cellulite type and tissue condition before selecting an appropriate programme and treatment intensity.
Microstimulation may support:
smoothing of the skin surface,
improved skin tightness and elasticity,
reduced visibility of cellulite,
mobilisation of local fatty tissue deposits,
improved proportions of selected body areas,
drainage of excess interstitial fluid.
Icoone Med 2 does not replace physical activity or a balanced diet. However, it may be an important part of a comprehensive body-contouring programme.
Drainage and a feeling of lightness
Treatment may support natural lymphatic flow and removal of excess fluid in the tissues. It is particularly recommended for people with heavy, tense, tired legs and a tendency to swell.
Appropriately performed therapy may bring a feeling of lightness, reduce tissue tension and improve everyday comfort.
Swelling can have different causes, so we carry out a consultation before starting therapy. Unexplained, sudden or one-sided swelling requires prior medical investigation.
Regeneration and tissue therapy
Icoone Med 2 is also used in therapies targeting regeneration, improved tissue mobility and reduced excessive tension.
Individually selected programmes may support work with:
muscle tension,
overload after physical activity,
tissue stiffness,
post-traumatic and post-operative swelling,
scars and adhesions,
fibrosis,
limited tissue glide,
recovery after surgical procedures,
athletes’ preparation and recovery.
Therapy does not replace diagnosis or treatment of the underlying cause. It may be part of broader care provided with a physician or physiotherapist.
Icoone Med 2 before and after surgery
Appropriately planned therapy may support tissue preparation for surgery and regeneration during post-operative recovery.
With a physician’s approval, Icoone Med 2 may be used after liposuction, fat transfer, abdominoplasty and other procedures causing swelling, bruising, adhesions or local fibrosis.
Therapy may support:
reduced swelling,
improved lymphatic drainage,
gentle tissue mobilisation,
reduced tissue stiffness,
improved scar elasticity,
more even skin texture,
restored comfort of movement.
Treatment is not performed on open wounds or immediately after surgery. The starting date is agreed individually, taking healing and the treating physician’s recommendations into account.
Icoone Med 2 for athletes
Intense exercise can cause overload, increased muscle tension and fatigue. Icoone Med 2 may be used both before activity and as part of recovery after training or competition.
Treatment may support:
preparation of muscles for exercise,
improved local microcirculation,
relaxation of excessively tense tissues,
reduced feelings of heaviness and overload,
post-exercise recovery,
restoration of tissue elasticity,
a safe return to regular activity.
The programme is tailored to the sport, the areas under the greatest load and the current training plan.
Therapy after pregnancy and childbirth
After the postpartum period and appropriate assessment, Icoone Med 2 may support a gradual return of the skin and tissues to good condition.
Treatment may target:
improved abdominal skin firmness,
reduced swelling,
improved skin quality and elasticity,
work on a Caesarean scar once fully healed,
body contouring,
improved leg comfort and lightness.
The programme is agreed individually, considering time since childbirth, healing, breastfeeding and the patient’s overall health.
What happens during treatment?
Before treatment, we carry out a consultation and assessment of skin and tissues. We then select a suitable programme, handpieces, vacuum intensity and duration.
For body treatment, the patient wears a special individual treatment suit. It provides hygiene, comfort and smooth movement of the handpieces. Facial treatments use dedicated precision applicators.
Treatment should be comfortable. It feels like rhythmic, multidirectional micromassage, with intensity continuously adjusted to tissue response.
How many treatments are needed?
A single treatment may bring a feeling of lightness, relaxation and improved skin tightness. For body contouring, cellulite, swelling or scar treatment, a course is usually recommended.
We select the number and frequency of sessions individually. These depend on:
the type of concern,
tissue condition and reactivity,
the treatment area,
the treatment aim,
lifestyle and physical activity,
other procedures being performed.
Maintenance treatments may be recommended after completing the course.
Who is Icoone Med 2 for?
The technology may be a good choice for women and men who want to:
improve skin firmness and quality,

Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic
At Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic, technology does not replace the specialist’s experience. It is a tool for precisely carrying out an individual therapy plan.
We tailor every Icoone Med 2 programme to tissue condition and the patient’s actual needs. We may focus on body contouring, skin quality, drainage or regeneration, or combine several approaches in a coherent treatment plan.
ICOONE body treatments begin with drainage to prepare tissues for further work. The cosmetologist then performs targeted microstimulation of selected body areas.
Depending on the programme and handpiece, mechanical action may be combined with LED light and a laser. These technologies complement microstimulation performed by the Roboderm handpieces.
Drainage as the first treatment stage
Drainage covers a larger body area and aims to:
support natural lymphatic flow,
address stagnation and swelling,
prepare tissues for more intensive stimulation,
reduce feelings of heaviness,
improve tissue comfort and elasticity.
After drainage, selected areas are treated locally.
Muscle stimulation combined with radiofrequency to complement body contouring and skin-tightening work.

Intensive muscle work without loading the joints
EMS RF is a modern, non-invasive technology combining electromagnetic muscle stimulation with radiofrequency. Treatment simultaneously engages muscles and thermally acts on the treated tissues, supporting body contouring, skin tightness and strengthening of selected body areas.
The technology is intended both for active people wishing to complement regular training and patients beginning to improve muscle condition and body appearance.
How does EMS work?
EMS uses electromagnetic energy to produce intense, repeated muscle contractions. These occur independently of the patient’s conscious effort and may engage muscles at an intensity difficult to achieve during a short, standard workout.
In response to stimulation, muscles perform a series of contractions and adapt, as they do during exercise. Regular treatment may support:
muscle strengthening,
improved muscle tone and endurance,
more visible muscle definition,
improved stabilisation of selected body areas,
body contouring,
complementing a training plan.
How does radiofrequency work?
RF radiofrequency produces controlled tissue heating in the treatment area. Thermal action may support local microcirculation, tissue metabolism and processes responsible for skin tightness and elasticity.
Combining RF with muscle stimulation allows work at several levels: muscle condition, skin appearance and body proportions.
Temperature and treatment intensity are controlled and adapted to the patient’s individual sensations.
What effects may EMS RF support?
Treatment may target:
muscle strengthening and firming,
improved skin tightness,
contouring of selected body areas,
enhanced abdominal muscle definition,
lifting and shaping of the buttocks,
improved arm and thigh appearance,
support for reducing local fatty tissue deposits,
improved body proportions,
preparation of muscles for regular activity,
complementing sports training.
EMS RF is not a weight-loss method and does not replace exercise or appropriate nutrition. The best results are obtained by combining treatments with a healthy lifestyle and regular physical activity.
Treatment areas
Depending on the treatment aim, EMS RF may be used on:
abdomen,
buttocks,
thighs,
arms,
calves,
selected back areas.
The programme, applicator placement and intensity are selected individually.
Abdominal contouring
Abdominal treatment may intensively engage the rectus and oblique muscles and support their tone. It is intended for people wanting to improve this area’s appearance, strengthen muscles and enhance definition.
Before treatment, we assess the abdominal wall. Diastasis recti, a hernia, recent surgery or pain requires prior consultation and appropriate assessment.
Contouring and lifting the buttocks
Gluteal muscle stimulation may support improved tone, firmness and shape. It may complement training or form part of a body-contouring programme.
The aim is to use natural muscle activity without introducing fillers or performing surgery.
Strengthening arms and thighs
EMS RF may be used where adequate muscle tone is difficult to achieve or where skin has lost firmness, including after weight changes.
Combining muscle stimulation with radiofrequency may support improved arm and thigh appearance and more clearly defined proportions.
EMS for active people and athletes
The technology may complement a considered training programme. It allows stimulation to be focused on a selected muscle group and may be used in programmes targeting strength, endurance and muscle tone.
Therapy may support:
additional activation of selected muscles,
complementing strength training,
work on body symmetry,
preparing muscles for greater loads,
maintaining muscle activity during a break from training.
The treatment does not replace physiotherapy or injury rehabilitation. People with injuries or pain require prior assessment by a specialist.
What happens during treatment?
Before therapy, we carry out a consultation and exclude contraindications. Applicators are placed on the selected body area, with their position adapted to the muscle group we want to engage.
Intensity is increased gradually, considering comfort and the body’s response. Distinct, rhythmic muscle contractions and warmth from radiofrequency are felt during treatment.
The treatment requires neither anaesthesia nor recovery time. You can return to everyday activities immediately afterwards. Temporary muscle fatigue similar to that after intensive training is possible.
How many treatments are needed?
A series of treatments at regular intervals is most often recommended. The number of sessions depends on:
initial muscle condition,
the treatment area,
the treatment aim,
physical activity level,
the body’s individual response.
Maintenance sessions may be planned after completing a course. Results develop gradually and may vary between individuals.
Combining EMS RF with Icoone Med 2
EMS RF and Icoone Med 2 act at different levels and can therefore complement each other.
EMS RF focuses primarily on intense muscle activation and thermal tissue action. Icoone Med 2 supports drainage, microcirculation, skin quality and precise connective tissue mobilisation.
Combined therapy may include:
muscle strengthening,
body contouring,
improved skin tightness and quality,
reduced feelings of swelling,
support for recovery after intensive muscle stimulation.
We agree on treatment sequence and frequency individually.
Contraindications
Treatment is not performed during pregnancy or in people with a pacemaker, implanted electronic devices or metal implants in the treatment area, among other contraindications.
Contraindications may also include certain heart conditions, epilepsy, active cancer, acute inflammation, recent injuries, sensory disorders, unhealed wounds, recent surgery and particular muscle or nervous-system conditions.
Final eligibility always depends on the device, treatment area and the patient’s current health.
Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic
At Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic, EMS RF is not an arbitrary device-led workout. Every therapy is planned around the patient’s aim, muscle condition and body proportions.
We combine technology with specialist experience so treatment is safe, comfortable and adapted to the body’s individual capabilities.
Care selected according to the cause of symptoms, tissue condition and regenerative needs. A consultation and appropriate assessment are the starting point.
Targeted and functional botulinum toxin therapy
Consultation for bruxism, excessive sweating and selected headaches. The scope of treatment depends on the medical diagnosis.
View detailsCollapse description
Precise action targeting the source of symptoms
Botulinum toxin is used beyond aesthetic medicine. Appropriately selected and precisely administered, it may support treatment of selected conditions involving excessive muscle activity, sweat glands and particular types of headache.
At Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic, we use it in functional therapies for:
bruxism and excessive masseter muscle tension,
excessive sweating,
selected cases of tension-type headache,
prevention of chronic migraine.
Every treatment is preceded by a medical consultation. The scope, dose and injection sites are selected individually according to the diagnosis and patient’s needs.
Bruxism and excessive masseter muscle tension
Bruxism is involuntary jaw clenching or teeth grinding, which may occur during the day or sleep. Excessive masseter muscle activity can lead to jaw pain, facial tension, tooth wear, morning headaches and discomfort around the temporomandibular joints.
Botulinum toxin injected into appropriately selected muscles temporarily reduces their excessive activity. This may limit clenching force, ease tension and relieve associated pain.
Therapy does not replace dental investigation or treatment of the cause of bruxism. Depending on the problem, it may form part of broader care including dental treatment, splint therapy and dental physiotherapy.
Treatment of excessive sweating
Excessive sweating can significantly affect daily comfort, social relationships and work. It most often affects the underarms, hands, feet or selected facial and scalp areas.
Botulinum toxin temporarily limits transmission of signals that stimulate sweat glands. As a result, sweating in the treated area may be markedly reduced.
Treatment does not affect the whole body’s ability to regulate temperature. It acts locally, only in the treated area. Before treatment, the physician assesses whether excessive sweating is primary or could be a symptom of another condition or an effect of medicines.
Treatment of chronic migraine
Botulinum toxin may be used to prevent chronic migraine in appropriately assessed adults. Treatment does not stop an individual attack. Its purpose is to reduce the frequency and severity of symptoms over the following weeks.
The preparation is administered according to a defined protocol in selected head and neck areas. Assessment requires prior identification of headache type and the number of headache and migraine days. Not every occasional or episodic headache is an indication for this treatment.
What happens during therapy?
The first stage is a medical consultation covering history-taking, symptom analysis, examination and assessment of previous treatment. A headache diary kept by the patient may be helpful.
Once eligibility is established, the physician selects injection sites and dose. Botulinum toxin is administered at specific points with a fine needle. The number of injections depends on the therapy and area.
Results appear gradually and are temporary. The timing of any repeat treatment is agreed individually after assessing the response to previous treatment.
Safety and assessment
Botulinum toxin therapy is a medical procedure requiring appropriate assessment. Contraindications may include pregnancy and breastfeeding, infection at a planned injection site, hypersensitivity to preparation ingredients, and certain neurological diseases and neuromuscular transmission disorders.
During consultation, tell the physician about all conditions, medicines, supplements and previous botulinum toxin procedures.
Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic
Targeted therapy means precisely selected care addressing a specific patient concern. We do not treat everyone according to one protocol. We analyse the cause and agree on an individual plan.
ICOONE Laser Med 2: regeneration and pain-relief therapies
Individually selected programmes addressing tissue tension, overload and recovery after exercise.
View detailsCollapse description
Therapies use ICOONE Laser Med 2, the medical version of ICOONE technology, intended for aesthetic treatments as well as tissue regeneration, rehabilitation, reduced myofascial tension and support for pain management.
Treatment is performed in a special, individual treatment suit, which can be purchased at the clinic.
ICOONE Laser Med 2 is a CE-marked medical device intended for use according to the medical purpose specified by the manufacturer. It features specialist medical programmes with parameters developed for particular tissues and functional concerns.
These are therefore not standard cosmetic programmes or conventional vacuum massage. They are procedures performed using the medical version of the device, in accordance with the manufacturer’s intended protocols.
ICOONE Laser Med 2 medical technology
The device uses patented Roboderm® technology and multidirectional MMAS (Multi Micro Alveolar Stimulation). Special handpieces with microholes work precisely on skin, connective tissue and myofascial structures.
The technology allows:
controlled tissue mobilisation,
work on myofascial tension,
support for local microcirculation,
improved tissue oxygenation,
support for natural lymphatic drainage,
relaxation of overloaded structures,
support for recovery after exercise,
parameters tailored to the specific area and reported symptoms.
Depending on the programme, microstimulation may be complemented by LED light and laser action. The technologies and settings are selected individually after history-taking and exclusion of contraindications.
How do medical programmes differ from cosmetic programmes?
ICOONE cosmetic programmes primarily focus on skincare, body appearance, improved tightness and reduced visible cellulite and swelling.
Medical programmes in ICOONE Laser Med 2 were developed for functional and regenerative work. They consider specific tissue needs, tension type, symptom location and treatment goals.
Medical programmes used at Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic include:
Painmass: targeted pain-relief therapy,
Masstotal: comprehensive whole-body regeneration,
Mind: treatment of stress-related tension.
Painmass: targeted pain-relief therapy
Painmass is a medical ICOONE Laser Med 2 programme for a selected area with excessive tension, stiffness or local pain.
The programme may support care for:
local muscular symptoms,
neck and shoulder-girdle tension,
overload of the back and lumbar area,
tension associated with sedentary work,
post-exercise overload,
feelings of stiffness,
reduced comfort of movement.
The treatment area and settings are selected individually. Acute, chronic or unexplained pain may require prior medical consultation.
Masstotal: comprehensive whole-body regeneration
Masstotal is a medical programme for regenerative work on larger areas and muscle groups.
Treatment may be used:
after intensive training or competition,
during periods of increased physical exertion,
for generalised muscle tension,
for feelings of stiffness and body heaviness,
in people whose work involves prolonged sitting or standing,
as part of recovery for active people and athletes.
The aim is to support regeneration, improve tissue elasticity and reduce feelings of overload.
Mind: treatment of stress-related tension
Mind is a relaxing and regenerative medical programme for tissue tension associated with stress, fatigue and prolonged physical and mental overload.
Treatment focuses primarily on areas where tension commonly accumulates:
the neck,
the shoulder girdle,
the upper back.
The programme may support muscle relaxation, reduced stiffness, improved local microcirculation and recovery after periods of increased stress. Mind does not treat migraine, neurological conditions or mental disorders.
Individual eligibility assessment
Programme selection follows history-taking, assessment of symptoms and exclusion of contraindications. The area, duration, handpiece and microstimulation intensity are then determined.
ICOONE Laser Med 2 therapies may support regeneration and pain management, but do not replace diagnosis, medical treatment or physiotherapy. Unexplained, acute or persistent pain requires medical consultation.
Precise tissue microstimulation
Icoone Med is an advanced technology for non-invasive treatment of skin, connective tissue, fascia and the lymphatic system. Patented Roboderm® technology combines multidirectional microstimulation with controlled vacuum, allowing gentle and even tissue mobilisation.
Therapy may support reduced muscle tension, improved tissue mobility, reduced swelling and recovery after intensive exercise, injuries and selected surgical procedures.
Precise parameter selection allows Icoone Med to treat larger body areas as well as locally around scars, adhesions and particularly sensitive tissues.
Therapy for muscle tension and pain
Excessive muscle and fascial tension can cause pain, stiffness, overload and restricted freedom of movement. Icoone Med allows gentle tissue mobilisation and may support relaxation and improved local circulation.
Therapy may provide support for:
tension in the back, neck and shoulder-girdle muscles,
symptoms related to prolonged sitting,
muscular overload,
stiffness and reduced tissue elasticity,
discomfort after intense exercise,
tension in fascia and tendinous structures,
recovery needs after training or competition.
Not every pain condition is suitable for device-based therapy. Acute, unexplained or long-lasting pain requires prior investigation.

VITAL JUMP: preparation for exercise
A programme used before training or competition. It aims to stimulate and prepare muscles for activity and support local blood supply and oxygenation.
FINAL: completing treatment
A supplementary programme used as the final stage of selected muscular, lymphatic and regenerative protocols. It supports connective tissue mobilisation and removal of metabolic products.
Therapy for swelling and lymphatic stagnation
Impaired lymphatic drainage can cause swelling, heaviness, skin tightness and discomfort. Icoone Med allows very gentle, even work with the lymphatic system.
LINFA: lymphatic drainage
A programme supporting interstitial fluid drainage, reduced swelling volume and stimulation of lymphatic circulation. It may form part of an appropriately planned oedema-management approach.
STIMFLUID: microcirculation support
A programme targeting stimulation of capillary microcirculation and improved local and general circulation. It may be used, for example, for heavy legs and a tendency to swell.
Swelling of unknown cause requires prior consultation. Treatment does not replace investigation of venous, lymphatic or cardiovascular diseases.
Tissue regeneration, scars and adhesions
A scar may change skin appearance and also cause pulling, local stiffness, limited tissue glide and discomfort during movement.
Precise Icoone Med handpieces allow controlled mobilisation of a scar and surrounding tissues. Treatment may support softening, improved elasticity and reduced tension related to adhesions and fibrosis.
NOVASKIN: regeneration of newer scars and tissues
A programme targeting gentle mobilisation, softening and tissue drainage. It supports regenerative processes and work on interstitial fibrosis, including after skin grafts and burns, only after complete healing and specialist assessment.
SKINREPAIR: improved scar elasticity
A programme for scars and the consequences of burns. Its aim is to support mobility, nourishment, elasticity and the quality of scar tissue.
SKINEW: tissue quality and post-treatment regeneration
A programme supporting tissue quality, drainage and work on swelling and fibrosis. It may be used as part of an appropriately planned post-operative therapy.
Therapy is not performed on open wounds or immediately after surgery. Scar treatment begins at an individually agreed time after the appropriate healing stage and, where required, approval by the treating physician.
Support before and after surgery
Icoone Med may be incorporated into an individual perioperative plan. Before surgery, tissue work may support elasticity and circulation. Afterwards, appropriately selected therapy may help reduce swelling, mobilise tissues and address scars and adhesions.
The programme may support recovery after liposuction and other surgeries, but starting always requires consideration of the operation type, healing and medical recommendations.
What happens during treatment?
Treatment is preceded by consultation and tissue assessment. The specialist selects the programme, vacuum intensity, handpiece and duration. Parameters may be modified according to sensitivity, concern location and regeneration stage.
Treatment is performed on intact, healed skin. It should be comfortable, with intensity continuously adapted to the patient’s response.
A series of treatments is most often recommended. Number and frequency depend on the condition, tissue state and individual response.
Icoone Med at Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic
At Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic, we do not use one programme for everyone. We combine functional assessment with Icoone Med technology to create individual pain-relief, anti-swelling and regenerative therapies.
Our aim is to restore tissue elasticity, freedom and comfort and support a safe return to daily activity.
Supporting tissue quality and intimate comfort after childbirth, during hormonal changes and with other local symptoms. Every treatment is preceded by a medical consultation.
Consultation and treatment selection
Assessment of needs, tissue condition and contraindications before selecting a method to support intimate comfort.
View detailsCollapse description
Regenerative and functional gynaecology includes treatments targeting the quality, hydration and elasticity of intimate-area tissues. Its primary aim is to support women’s health, everyday comfort and quality of life after childbirth, during perimenopause and menopause, and with other local symptoms.
Depending on the patient’s needs, we use platelet-rich plasma PRP, hyaluronic acid preparations and Sectum RF bipolar radiofrequency. Individual methods may also be combined into a personalised treatment plan.
All care begins with a medical consultation and eligibility assessment. The physician assesses tissue condition, symptoms and possible contraindications, then selects the appropriate method and scope.
Comfort, health and a woman’s individual needs
Intimate symptoms can affect daily functioning, physical activity, relationships and well-being. They should not be a source of shame or regarded as a purely aesthetic concern.
The consultation aims to understand the patient’s needs calmly and propose care suited to her health, age, childbirth history, hormonal changes and actual symptoms. Where needed, the physician may also recommend further tests, medication, pelvic health physiotherapy or another specialist’s opinion.
The information on this website is educational. A physician decides in every case whether a treatment can be performed, which preparation to use and how therapy should proceed, following consultation and exclusion of contraindications. Results may vary according to the patient’s individual circumstances.
Gynaecological medical consultation and suitability assessment
Platelet-rich plasma PRP
Therapy using the patient’s own biological material, tailored to tissue-regeneration needs.
View detailsCollapse description
Platelet-rich plasma is an autologous preparation, meaning it is made from the patient’s own blood. A small amount is taken and centrifuged in a dedicated kit. The resulting plasma, containing concentrated platelets and the growth factors they release, is then administered locally by the physician.
Treatment may support natural regenerative processes, improved tissue quality and elasticity, and local blood supply and hydration. Because material from the patient is used, the risk of an allergic reaction is limited. However, as with any medical procedure, adverse effects such as swelling, tenderness or minor bruising may occur.
Depending on the area, indications and planned extent of treatment, the physician may use a single or double PRP kit.
Individual care addressing tightness, elasticity and comfort around a healed scar.
View detailsCollapse description
Platelet-rich plasma may be used as part of care supporting regeneration of scars following a perineal incision, tear or suturing. The aim may be to improve tissue elasticity and nourishment and reduce local tightness or discomfort.
The scope depends on scar type and age and the symptoms reported by the patient.
Scars following a perineal incision, tear or suturing may cause tightness, pulling, local hypersensitivity or discomfort during daily activities and intercourse. Care is selected individually after assessing the scar and surrounding tissues.
Depending on indications, therapy may include local regenerative treatments, platelet-rich plasma PRP or appropriately selected methods supporting tissue elasticity and quality. In some cases, the physician may also recommend pelvic health physiotherapy or additional tests.
The aim is to improve patient comfort and tissue function. The physician determines the type and scope of care following consultation and exclusion of contraindications.
Local treatments considered after anatomical and medical assessment; results are individual.
View detailsCollapse description
In selected cases, platelet-rich plasma may be administered to particular vaginal or clitoral tissues. These procedures are known as OShot. Their aim is to support local regeneration, tissue quality and intimate comfort.
GShot is a procedure involving local administration of a preparation into the anterior vaginal wall after anatomical and medical assessment.
Effectiveness and experiences after these procedures vary between individuals. They should not be presented as a guaranteed way to improve sexual function or a substitute for gynaecological, urogynaecological or sexual-health assessment.
Hyaluronic acid: revitalisation and volume restoration
Specialist intimate-area preparations selected for hydration, elasticity or volume replacement.
View detailsCollapse description
Regenerative gynaecology uses specialist hyaluronic acid preparations intended for intimate areas. Hyaluronic acid binds water, so it may support tissue hydration, elasticity and normal properties.
Treatments may be considered for patients experiencing dryness, burning, irritation or discomfort associated with hormonal changes, perimenopause or reduced tissue quality.
Vaginal revitalisation with hyaluronic acid
Treatment involves local administration of an appropriately selected hyaluronic acid preparation. Its aim is to support tissue hydration, elasticity and comfort.
The physician selects the preparation, quantity and injection sites individually.
Restoring volume to the labia majora
Treatment involves administering a hyaluronic acid preparation into labia majora tissues. It may be performed to replace lost volume, improve firmness and limit discomfort caused by a reduction in the natural protective tissue layer.
The physician selects a suitable quantity, for example 1 or 2 ml, according to anatomy and the desired extent of correction. An examination and medical assessment should always precede treatment.
Controlled tissue heating with the area, parameters and number of sessions selected during consultation.
View detailsCollapse description
Sectum RF is a device using bipolar radiofrequency. During treatment, energy is delivered to tissues in a controlled manner, gradually heating them. The aim is to stimulate natural collagen remodelling and support tissue elasticity, tightness and quality.
Treatment may cover:
vaginal tissues using a special internal handpiece,
the vulval area using an external handpiece,
comprehensive treatment of the vagina and vulva.
Parameters, temperature and treatment number are selected individually after consultation. Therapy may be considered for dryness, reduced tissue quality, laxity, postpartum changes and symptoms during perimenopause and menopause.
Possible supportive care in selected cases after determining the cause of symptoms.
View detailsCollapse description
Radiofrequency may form part of supportive care for appropriately assessed patients with selected urinary incontinence symptoms. Controlled thermal action aims to improve the properties and tightness of tissues involved in supporting pelvic floor structures.
However, urinary incontinence has different causes. Treatment should not be presented as a universal solution for every type. Medical investigation is necessary before therapy; some cases also require urogynaecological consultation and pelvic floor physiotherapy.
Choosing a method for urinary incontinence requires a gynaecological consultation and eligibility assessment.
Gynaecological medical consultation and suitability assessment
Supportive care for lichen sclerosus
Selected regenerative procedures as an adjunct to treatment and regular gynaecological monitoring.
View detailsCollapse description
For lichen sclerosus, appropriate diagnosis, gynaecological monitoring and physician-prescribed treatment remain essential. It is a chronic inflammatory condition requiring regular supervision.
After medical assessment, selected regenerative treatments may complement ongoing treatment to support hydration, tissue elasticity and reduced local discomfort. They do not replace primary treatment or specialist follow-up.

N‑Rose is a protocol combining different approaches to intimate-area care. According to the manufacturer, it includes a specialist hyaluronic acid preparation, Intense Rose, Sectum RF bipolar radiofrequency and Rejuvenation Rose Gel skincare.
The aim of combined therapy is comprehensive support for hydration, tissue elasticity and quality, and intimate comfort. The physician selects procedure sequence, number of sessions and intervals individually. Not every patient requires every element of the protocol.
Electromagnetic muscle stimulation to support training after appropriate assessment.
View detailsCollapse description
Non-invasive support for deep muscle training
A dedicated electromagnetic stimulation programme may also be used to intensively stimulate pelvic floor muscles. The patient remains clothed, while properly directed pulses produce repeated muscle contractions.
Therapy may support:
improved pelvic floor muscle awareness and control,
strengthening of weakened muscles,
recovery after pregnancy and childbirth,
improved core stability,
complementing pelvic health physiotherapy,
improved everyday comfort.
The programme may be suitable for both women and men following appropriate assessment.
Urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse or other symptoms require prior investigation. EMS does not replace gynaecological or urological consultation or pelvic health physiotherapy.
Ask about indications, contraindications, possible adverse effects and post-treatment care. Results and recovery time vary between individuals. Descriptions are for information and do not replace a consultation.
