As the manager of Slim & Smile Aesthetic Clinic, a professional track and field athlete and a future psychologist, I understand how many roles women combine each day and how often they forget their own needs. Although I am young, my experiences so far have taught me the importance of self-care, a moment to breathe and the feeling of being truly seen and cared for.

I know that appearance and body shape do not define a woman’s worth, but they can have a profound effect on her well-being, confidence and how she sees herself. My knowledge of psychology helps me better understand other women’s emotions and needs, while sport has taught me discipline, perseverance and respect for my own body.

That is why I help create Slim & Smile, a place where every woman, regardless of her age or stage of life, can feel safe, heard and surrounded by professional care. A place where she can pause for a moment, devote time to herself and look after her body, women’s health, well-being and greater everyday comfort.
