Hycoox multi-needle mesotherapy

Hycoox is an advanced automated multi-needle mesotherapy technology combining precise microneedling with vacuum action. It allows even delivery of individually selected preparations directly into a specified skin layer.

Unlike conventional manual mesotherapy, the device allows precise control of needle depth, the size of each deposit and delivery speed. Every dose is administered consistently, allowing treatment of the entire selected area and even distribution of active substances.

The handpiece gently suctions and stabilises a small area of skin. A system of fine needles then delivers a specified dose of preparation at a preset depth.

Controlled vacuum and process automation allow:

If a product or procedure requires medical assessment, a physician decides whether to perform the treatment and which preparation to use.

HYCOOX mesotherapy may cover:

• face,
• the eye area (following appropriate assessment),
• neck,
• décolletage,
• scalp,
• arms,
• abdomen,
• other body areas assessed as suitable.

The procedure is preceded by a consultation, history-taking and exclusion of contraindications. The appropriate preparation and device parameters are then selected.

The main contraindications include:

• pregnancy and breastfeeding,
• active skin infections and inflammation,
• herpes in the treatment area,
• allergy to ingredients in the preparation,
• blood clotting disorders,
• use of certain anticoagulant medicines,
• uncontrolled diabetes,
• active cancer,
• selected autoimmune diseases,
• a tendency to form keloid scars.

The specialist makes the final decision about treatment after taking a history and excluding contraindications.

Precise needles, skin stabilisation and controlled needle depth and speed may limit local tissue trauma. The risk of extensive bruising may therefore be lower than with a less controlled manual technique.

However, a complete absence of bruising cannot be guaranteed. Mesotherapy punctures the skin, so the following may occur after treatment:

• redness,
• mild swelling,
• small injection marks,
• pinpoint bleeding,
• temporary bumps where preparation was injected,
• isolated bruises.

Skin response depends on factors including sensitivity, vessel fragility, the treatment area, preparation type and individual tendency to bruise.
