Tissue biostimulators

Tissue biostimulators are injectable preparations intended to stimulate the skin’s natural regenerative processes. They support collagen and elastin production, helping improve firmness, density, elasticity and overall skin condition.

Results develop gradually and have a natural character, without changing facial features or excessive filling. Skin becomes tighter, more elastic and rested.

Fillers are used primarily to replace volume, shape contours or correct selected facial areas. Biostimulators work differently. Their main purpose is to improve skin quality and texture by activating its own regenerative potential.

Depending on composition, treatment may primarily regenerate, improve density or hydration, or gently restore tissue volume.

No single biostimulator is suitable for everyone. We choose the preparation individually according to skin condition, age, treatment area and desired result.

Biostimulation therapies may use preparations containing polynucleotides, amino acids, collagen components, calcium hydroxyapatite or combinations of active substances. We agree on the preparation, number of treatments and intervals during a consultation.

We recommend tissue biostimulators for people noticing:

• loss of skin firmness and elasticity,
• reduced skin density,
• fine lines and signs of ageing,
• lax skin on the face, neck or décolletage,
• thin, delicate skin,
• a tired, dull appearance,
• less defined facial contours,

Treatment may also be part of anti-ageing prevention and a skin regeneration plan after other procedures.

Depending on the selected preparation, biostimulators may be used on the:

• face,
• eye area,
• neck and décolletage,
• hands,
• arms,
• abdomen,
• knee area,
• other areas needing improved skin quality and tightness.

Not every preparation can be used in every area. Safety and the appropriate administration technique are always assessed during consultation.

Treatment is preceded by a consultation and skin assessment. After cleansing and preparing the area, the preparation is administered using a fine needle or cannula. Local anaesthesia is used if necessary.

Small bumps, redness, swelling, tenderness or minor bruises may occur immediately after treatment. These are usually temporary injection-related reactions.

Biostimulation is a process, so results appear gradually as tissues remodel and regenerate. Over time, skin may become firmer, denser, more elastic and smoother.

Depending on the preparation and skin needs, a single treatment or course may be recommended. We present an individual treatment plan during consultation.

Common contraindications include pregnancy and breastfeeding, active skin infections and inflammation, hypersensitivity to preparation ingredients, certain autoimmune diseases and cancers, and blood clotting disorders. Medicines affecting clotting require prior discussion with a physician.
